You allow what lives within you to come into motion.
Whether through conscious connected breathing, emotional release (Swamping),
or through gentle physical sensing –
you enter a trance-like state of aware presence,
where you gain access to the deeper dimensions of your being.

Bringing light into the shadows
means experiencing more freedom, spaciousness, and aliveness within yourself.

In the integration talk, you have room to share what you experienced,
to ask questions, or simply to sit in silence
and feel what is moving inside you.
