Birth preparation is about more than just the physical process; it’s an important step toward parenthood. That’s why I place great emphasis on both parents – the expectant mother and her birth companion – participating in this journey together. My goal is to equip you with the tools needed for an empowered, self-directed birth experience. In addition, I’ll provide valuable information on pregnancy, the birth process, and the postnatal period, helping you understand each stage, overcome fears, and approach the experience with confidence.

Below, you’ll find the course details:
Course location: “BRG Viktring / Baroque Hall, 1st Floor,” Stift-Viktring-Straße 25, 9073 Viktring.
I recommend arriving via Stift-Viktring-Straße.
Wearing comfortable clothing is advised.
Please bring the following items to the course: yoga or exercise mat, blanket, pillow, drinks and snacks, a towel or cloth diaper, and massage oil.
During the course, I will share tips and information to support you in your third trimester and, most importantly, to prepare you well for birth and the time afterward. Here’s to a wonderful new chapter!

Cancellation
Due to limited availability, please cancel your seminar participation early.
If canceled within 28 days before the course start, a cancellation fee of €150.00 will be charged.
For cancellations made within 7 days of the course start, the full amount is due as a cancellation fee (serious medical conditions are exempt).
If the course is canceled on my part, there will be no charge to you. However, there is no entitlement to a specific replacement date.
